DEPOSIT POLICY

Location: Lennox Head, NSW, Australia
1. PURPOSE
Inner Beauty values our clients' time and our therapists' time. Our deposit policy helps us secure appointments, minimise cancellations and ensure appointment times are available to clients who wish to book with us.
2. DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT
A minimum 50% deposit of the total appointment value is required:

At the time of booking; or
-
At least 2 weeks prior to the appointment, where the booking has been made more than 2 weeks in advance
Your appointment is not considered fully secured until the required deposit has been received.
For appointments booked less than 2 weeks before the appointment date, the 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
3. BALANCE OF PAYMENT
The remaining balance is payable on the day of the appointment following completion of the treatment.
4. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. Clients are encouraged to provide as much notice as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule.
Where an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 48 hours' notice, the deposit may be transferred to a new appointment, subject to availability.
Where an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or the client fails to attend their appointment, the deposit may be forfeited.
Inner Beauty reserves the right to request a new deposit when rescheduling an appointment.
5. LATE CANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
A late cancellation or no-show prevents Inner Beauty from offering the appointment time to another client.
Where a client:

Cancels with less than 48 hours' notice;

Fails to attend their appointment; or

Repeatedly cancels or reschedules appointments, Inner Beauty may retain the deposit and/or require a 100% prepayment for future appointments.
6. ARRIVING LATE
Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment.
If a client arrives late, the treatment may need to be shortened to avoid impacting other clients and therapists. The full appointment fee may still apply.
Where a client arrives significantly late and the appointment can no longer be performed, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation and the deposit may be forfeited.
7. INNER BEAUTY CANCELLATIONS
If Inner Beauty needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we will provide as much notice as reasonably possible.
Where Inner Beauty cancels an appointment and the client is unable to reschedule, the deposit will be refunded or transferred to another appointment at the client's request.
8. EXCEPTIONS
Inner Beauty understands that genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances can occur.
Any decision to waive or transfer a deposit outside this policy will be made at the discretion of Inner Beauty and considered on a case-by-case basis.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF POLICY
By making an appointment with Inner Beauty, clients acknowledge that they have read and agree to the Inner Beauty Deposit Policy and understand that deposits may be retained in accordance with this policy.
